The Yudhvir Gold Medal In Journalism was presented to Media Plus CEO Syed Khaled Shahbaaz by Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States Mr. E. S. L. Narsimhan.  Indian Institute of Chemical Technology Director Mr. S. Chandrshekar also graced the occasion. The gold medal was presented on the 80th Convocation of the prestigious Osmania University held on Sunday, 17th June 2019.

Syed Khaled Shahbaaz is the University topper for the MCJ course 2015-16 batch. He is the Partner and CEO of Media Plus and freelances to many esteemed news publications in India and abroad. He is the son of Chief Editor of Gawah Weekly Dr. Syed Fazil Hussain Parvez, an internationally acclaimed journalist and Managing Partner of Media Plus.
